Ignacio Batallan is the best fitness trainer I have ever had in my life and I am being completely frank here, here you have a couple of reasons why I think so: first of all I have never trained before so for me it was extremely difficult to actually gather myself together and start training... The first thing Ignacio did was not just giving me exercises till I pass out(like other trainers would do to me), but evaluate my physical state, how prepared I was for training (not at all) and what aims I was perceiving at a time. That was a completely different approach compared to other trainers and gyms. Based on that, Ignacio created a routine for me that I had to stick to, but at the same time it was never the same, every class he did and still does implement new technics, exercises, so what I am trying to say is that nowadays training is never boring for me thanks to Ignacio! He is a true professional in training and very passionate about what he does. But the most important thing to me is that he was able to create a habit in me, a habit to constantly practice sports, train, eat healthy. Like now for example if I do not train for a week or so, I start feeling the need to do something straight away, so to me this is what matters. And last but not least, Ignacio is always and always concerned about how you feel during the training session, in other words - health is the most important part of his training method.
